Slicer / Corer / Dicer Mechanical cutter for slices, rings, tidbits, chunks, or crushed pineapple. Die options to change output type. Uniform cutting ensures standard can filling weights. 3. Syrup Preparation Unit Steam-jacketed kettle for sugar syrup (light, medium, or heavy). Integrated stirrer, temperature control, and heating system. 4. Can Filling Station Fruit Filler: Cup filler for chunks, slices, or crushed fruit. Syrup Filler: Piston filler or gravity filler for syrup. Accurate fill weight and volume control. 5. Exhaust Tunnel Removes trapped air to create vacuum sealing conditions. Maintains product stability and prevents can bulging. 6. Can Seaming Machine Double seaming for leak-proof packaging. Options: Manual / Semi-automatic seamers for small units Fully automatic seamers for up to 6000 cans/hr 7. Retort / Autoclave Pressure sterilization of sealed cans at high temperature.
