Bajaj Processpack Limited offers two different types of evaporators, which include a Falling Film Evaporator and a forced Circulation Evaporator.
Falling film evaporators are generally used for clear juices and less viscous applications. However, for highly viscous products with higher solids, forced circulation evaporators are used.
