Tomato Washer
Bubble Washer or Rotary Drum Washer
Removes soil, pesticides, and surface impurities.
Food-grade SS304 body, perforated drum/screen base.

Sorting Conveyor
Manual sorting of damaged or unripe tomatoes.
SS table with food-grade PVC belt and waste chute.
3.
Tomato Crusher / Fruit Mill
Breaks tomatoes into pulp.
High-speed rotor with SS blades.
Prepares mash for pulping.

Pulper & Refiner (Double Stage)
Removes seeds, skins, and fibers.
Adjustable mesh sizes (0.5mm – 1.2mm).
Ensures smooth and thick pulp output.

Preheater / Tubular Heater
Optional for enzyme inactivation.
Maintains natural red color and extends shelf life.
6.
Evaporator (for Paste)
Vacuum or open-pan type.
Reduces water content to make tomato paste (28–30° Brix).
Energy-efficient and preserves aroma.
7.
Ketchup Cooking Kettle
Steam-jacketed with anchor agitator.
Recipe blending: tomato paste + sugar + vinegar + spices + stabilizers.
Temperature-controlled cooking and homogenization.

Storage Tanks
With level sensor, stirrer, and CIP-ready ports.
Holding tanks between processes.

Filtration / Homogenizer (optional)
Finer texture and uniform mouthfeel for ketchup.
Improves consistency and flowability.

Pasteurizer (Plate or Tubular)
Thermal treatment before filling.
Increases product shelf life (up to 12–18 months in sealed form).
